Warranty Policy – MT Aesthetic Skin

  • The customer provides clear evidence of the issue (photos or video)
  • The product shows manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or verifiable issues

Product Conditions

To qualify for warranty:

  • It must not have been misused, mishandled, or improperly stored
  • For returns, products must be unopened and unused

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Claims made outside the eligible timeframe (after 7 business days)

Resolution Process

  • Store credit
  • Partial or full refund (depending on the case)
